We have partnered with the annual National Film and Drama Festival for high schools and tertiary institutions to celebrate the most compelling climate storytelling projects through awards. We will present up to four awards, including trophies, film screening grants, and distribution deals.

Carbon credits are, essentially, pollution permits – an imaginary commodity created to benefit the wealthy, not the climate. They are a financialisaton of African nature and the climate crisis, dealing in an imaginary commodity of tonnes of carbon ‘saved’.
